Paver Sealing and Coloring

About South Jersey Paver Sealing and Coloring

Most commonly done on walkways, porches, pool decks, patios, walls, paver sealing is a service we provide to enhance the color in the pavers. We do this through surface washing, stabilizing, sanding & sealing. This is good for residential homes or commercial buildings that have pavers.

Let us Seal Stain and Recolor Your Pavers!

Our Paver Sealing and Coloring Process

We come out to evaluate the site and inspect if there are any loose or sunken pavers. We then review the process with the client to assure understanding or what to expect. Once the client understands our process and gives approval, we schedule a date to perform the job. The project is a 2-3 day job pending location of pavers. Under the best circumstances (if in full sun), we get a faster dry time, which helps complete the project at a quicker rate allowing us to wash, stabilize, sand & seal. Before leaving, we surround sealed surfaces with caution tape and urge the importance of keeping off the sealed area for at least 24 hours to allow proper drying. Pending weather conditions & winter temperature, we can provide services March – November.

We recommend to surface wash, sand & seal every three years to provide protection against aggregate from showing through paver, keeping stains to a minimum, and enhancing the paver's true colors. Aggregate is the stone mixed with concrete, silicons & color to create pavers. When not sealed, this stone becomes visible due to environmental erosion from rain, snow as well as UV rays that break down the pavers make-up.
